Day Of Wedding Management Includes:
* One meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day
* Gathering and reviewing all your vendor contracts
* Calling all vendors to confirm details and times
of arrival/delivery
* Reviewing floor plan layouts
* Creating a detailed time-line for entire wedding
day schedule
* Organizing the processional and recessional
* Oversee any small details such as place card
setup, menu card placement, favours, etc.
* Access to our wedding emergency kit
* Offering advice on etiquette and protocol
* Assuming responsibility for all vendor contact 10 days prior to wedding day
* Unlimited email and phone contact
* Up to 10 consecutive hours of coverage at your
wedding until 10:00pm
